In this class we give the body everything that it needs: cardio, stamina, core work and all round strengthening; plus warm up and cool down stretches. We burn a shed load of calories and we tone and firm every muscle in the body. All in just one hour!

Kettlercise Combat MX (advanced)

Adding a fresh and dynamic twist to the classic Kettlercise class, Kettlercise Combat MX is an exiting fusion of kettlebell exercises and martial arts drills.

In this class we alternate between kettlebell exercises and mixed martial arts drills; swapping out some of our kettlebell time for a bit of MMA. In this class you are able to get full body toning and sculpting, as well as learning and perfecting your basic fighting moves.

Don’t worry ladies, there’s no contact in this class. But being trained in Muay Thai, I will be teaching you quality martial arts technique. Drawing mainly from Muay Thai and Capoeira, we will be learning punches, kicks, elbows and knee strikes.

If you’re looking for a fitness class that you can get truly exited by, then I have no doubt that this is the one for you.

(This will be a combat class from October 26th onwards)

Classes are bought in blocks of 5 weeks. Prices are £35 for one class per week and £48 for two classes a week. There are no long term contracts.
